Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own backlog and ensure work is defined and aligned to outcomes
• Translate needs into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver with quality
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery
• Identify risks, dependencies, and scope changes across delivery
• Use data and feedback to improve the product

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or ownership
• Experience in Higher Education: Colleague ERP, SIS, LMS
• Strong Agile delivery and product ownership knowledge
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria
• Experience with clients or external stakeholders
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro; AI tool usage (Claude)
