🎯 Requirements

• Experience: ~3 years in AI enablement, consulting, product, or transformation.
• AI-literate: daily use of ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot; hands-on with low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make
• Languages: fluent in English and German.
• Education: degree in Business, Innovation Management, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• KPIs & storytelling: able to define KPIs and prove AI interventions work.
