Civil Project Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design and deliver land development projects.
• Coordinate with clients, PMs, and BD to position the firm for future work.
• Direct and support technical staff to deliver projects.
• Assist with scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and deliverables.
• Support business development to cultivate client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered PE in WA or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• 3-5 years of design experience in transportation, gas pipeline, roadway, energy, or utilities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience mentoring engineers and design technicians.
• Experience managing projects from conception to completion in land development, infrastructure, and
