📋 Description
- Lead planning and oversight of electrical maintenance, testing, installation, troubleshooting
- Provide technical leadership for electrical field work; ensure safety and adherence to codes and
- Collaborate with customers and unions to define scopes, staffing, schedules, and execution
- Serve as electrical SME to support planning, workforce readiness, and complex challenges.
- Support proposal development and execution planning for FieldWorks opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in electrical maintenance, testing, commissioning, outage execution, or field services in
- Experience leading union electrical crews; strong understanding of union work practices.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical disciplines; able to act as trusted SME.
- Ability to assess talent, identify gaps, and coach craft personnel and specialists.
- Willingness to travel 50%+ and work in fast-paced outage/field environments.
