📋 Description

• Set the AI Technical Direction for HotDocs, architecture for AI capabilities, model management, and
• Deliver Enterprise AI Features by shipping AI-enabled features in .NET Core and React at scale.
• Drive AI Adoption in the SDLC, guiding tooling, safe usage patterns, and impact measurement.
• Build Trustworthy AI with evaluation, guardrails, observability, and safety in regulated
• Apply deep .NET and React expertise to modernize legacy code and improve scalability.
• Lead and mentor the engineering group through reviews, pairing, and guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software development, in principal/lead/staff roles.
• Strong skills in .NET Core (C#) and React (TypeScript) or similar SPA.
• Experience designing and shipping production AI solutions (LLM integration, RAG, agentic tools).
• Hands-on with cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI/AI Foundry) and orchestration (Semantic Kernel).
• Experience building REST APIs; proficiency with Entity Framework and Azure SQL (or SQL Server).
• Experience evaluating AI quality, testing, benchmarking, and safe handling of data in web apps.
