📋 Description

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate project phases (Conceptual, Schematic, Design Development
• Prepare and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor project health with operations leadership; elevate issues as needed.
• Maintain and update weekly project planners for staffing meetings.
• Issue and manage add services and approvals for new scope.
• Utilize resource groups for design and construction documents; provide construction services (site

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Architecture, with multifamily project leadership.
• Experience on multifamily projects (garden-style, mid-rise, wrap, podium preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• AutoCAD and Revit skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes.
