Training Technician, Electrode

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on and classroom training for Production Associates on SOPs and safety.
• Mentor floor teams to ensure proper technique and quality adherence.
• Coordinate training schedules with Supervisors to minimize production impact.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and visual aids.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance on process changes.
• Measure training effectiveness and track certification status.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing/production.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or instruction on a factory floor.
• Proven ability to develop technical documentation (SOPs, WIs).
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learner of complex processes.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; familiarity with adult learning.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; problem-solving skills.
