Mechanical Manager - FieldWorks

📋 Description

• Lead planning, coordination, and oversight of mechanical maintenance and outage work for union
• Provide technical leadership to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with codes and OEM specs.
• Define project scopes, staffing, schedules, and execution strategies with customers and internal
• Serve as mechanical SME supporting planning, workforce readiness, and issue resolution.
• Support proposal development and execution planning for FieldWorks opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in mechanical maintenance, outage, or field services in nuclear/power/industrial settings.
• Experience leading union craft workforces and strong field execution knowledge.
• Strong technical expertise in one or more mechanical disciplines; credible with customers and crews.
• Ability to assess talent, identify skill gaps, and coach personnel and specialists.
• Experience building and mobilizing high-performing crews for complex projects.
