- 7+ years in HR/People/OD; 3+ years as People Business Partner with VP-level or higher
- Experience partnering with senior leaders across Sales/Marketing/Customer Success/Revenue Ops
- Proven ability to influence and build trust with complex stakeholders
- Experience with org design, performance mgmt, and change initiatives
- Comfort operating autonomously in ambiguous environments
- Hands-on use of AI tools to improve how people work, with a point of view on where they help or
