Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead clinically within the Collaborative Care Model for pediatric and/or adult populations with
- Direct oversight of up to 15 Collaborative Care Clinician performance and development.
- Coordinate pod/partner workflows with Clinical Excellence Manager.
- Manage schedules, attendance, and time-off requests; ensure policy adherence.
- Mentor staff, conduct evaluations, and guide career development.
- Maintain open communication with management teams and escalate issues as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- Masters degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
- Licensed to practice in Washington as an independent clinician (LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
- Ability to licensure in California, Arizona, and Montana.
- Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of lead or supervisory experience.
- Proficiency with evidence-based approaches (PST, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Behavioral
