Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple customer projects.
• Establish relationships with customer stakeholders, align on goals, and manage communications.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans; manage scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation; manage change control for scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources for successful delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular leadership/customer updates.

🎯 Requirements

• PMP certification required.
• 10+ years of project management, with enterprise SaaS deployments experience.
• Strong technical acumen: data integration/ETL concepts, APIs, system architecture, enterprise IT.
• Experience with incentive compensation management or related enterprise software is highly
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-phase enterprise implementations on time and budget.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management (VP/C-suite) experience.
