Clinical Supervisor- Part Time

📋 Description

• Lead supervision and mentorship for residents and pre-licensed clinicians
• Provide weekly individual and group supervision
• Review treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
• Direct clinical care with a small caseload across in-person and telehealth
• Ensure compliance with licensure and CARF standards
• Promote clinical excellence and ethical practice

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced clinical degree with unrestricted licensure in Maryland (LCSW-C or LCPC)
• 4+ years post-master’s clinical experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Experience in virtual healthcare strategy or systems-level behavioral health transformation
• Demonstrated success launching tech-enabled or digital clinical initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid documentation standards and accreditation processes
