Recruiter (Contract)

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment across 12-15 roles from IC to leadership.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver top talent.
• Build proactive pipelines across digital marketing, media, creative, tech, and corporate functions.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networks, and job boards.
• Coordinate interviews and provide candidate feedback and recommendations.
• Manage candidates through all interview stages with a strong candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments, preferably digital
• Track record recruiting across digital marketing, media, creative, technology, and corporate teams.
• Strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and leaders.
• Advanced sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Experience using Lever or a comparable ATS.
• Exceptional organization to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities.
