📋 Description
- Own the day-to-day management of communications priorities, partnering with the Head of
- Build and maintain comms calendars, trackers, and agendas for announcements, media moments, and
- Coordinate internal workflows across announcements, media opportunities, speaking engagements, and
- Develop and deepen relationships with tech reporters, AI beat reporters, newsletter writers
- Support planning and execution of announcement launches end-to-end, from strategy through
- Draft pitches, media briefs, talking points, and prep documents for effective positioning
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related or adjacent field
- 5-7 years of tech/AI or corporate communications experience
- Strong understanding of the tech/AI, startup, and SF media landscape
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing and communications skills
