📋 Description

• Lead finance for the Defense business on the Strategic Finance team, embedded with Defense
• Own the financial picture, pricing, and contracts for defense programs.
• Build forecasting Cadence, reporting, and narrative for leadership and Board.
• Collaborate with GTM, Legal, and Contracts on opportunities and negotiations.
• Advise on investment priorities, R&D funding, and resource planning.
• Operate with the rigor of a business unit CFO in a hyper-growth, pre-IPO setting.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in finance, corporate development, or strategy within defense-related sectors.
• Deep understanding of government budgeting, procurement, and funded requirements.
• Experience with P&Ls, pricing, strategic deals, and spend management.
• Hands-on AI experience with tools like Cursor or Claude Code for automation.
• Strong financial modeling and problem-solving skills; thrive in ambiguity.
• U.S. Person status due to access to export-controlled information.
