Special Needs Caregiver (DSP)

📋 Description

• Be a one-on-one caregiver in home/community settings for individuals with ID/DD
• Provide companionship, mentorship, and daily living support
• Assist with personal care, errands, meals, and activities
• Support client’s community integration and transportation needs
• Shift flexibility: Morning, Afternoon, and Weekend options
• Work with a locally focused BAYADA team in Hendersonville area

🎯 Requirements

• One year experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• Experience with TBI is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and compassionate, patient approach
