VP of Engineering - USA

📋 Description

• Role: lead four engineering value streams and own quality framework across eight streams.
• Hands-on leadership with engineering managers, tech leads, and Principal Engineer.
• Partner with Platform Engineering on AI adoption, release coordination, and DevOps.
• Drive quarterly OKRs on AI productivity, code quality, and delivery velocity.
• Collaborate with senior leadership including COO and product leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years engineering experience; 4+ years in leadership.
• Deep quality engineering background; built/rebuilt automation frameworks.
• Experience migrating automation across web and native mobile (iOS/Android).
• Proven fintech/banking regulatory experience with automation-first QA.
• Experience with release gate processes and go/no-go decisions.
• Hands-on with automation tools: Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Maestro; familiarity with Angular
