• Lead a high-performing outpatient PT clinic
• Direct clinical staff and PTs to optimize patient outcomes
• Oversee operations, scheduling, and patient experience

• Drive quality care and team development

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas or eligibility
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills with evidence-based treatment plans
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop staff
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care
