📋 Description

• Lead growth in active accounts and Stellar payments ecosystem.
• Drive payments strategy to increase MAU and enable cross-functional deals with RWA/DeFi
• Build out payments and stablecoin ecosystem, expand into new verticals globally.
• Collaborate with BD and SDF to surface and close strategic opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in business development, global payments, fintech, or blockchain roles.
• Established relationships in Enterprise, Fintech, Payments, and Crypto ecosystems.
• Crypto knowledge: crypto payment systems, exchanges, digital asset payments.
• Deep understanding of payment flows and cross-border/global/local payments.
• Sales/commercial leadership: ability to structure, negotiate, and close deals.
• Strategic thinker with GTM experience and complex sales cycles.
