📋 Description

• Provide skilled nursing care (Trach/Vent, G-Tube/GJ-Tube feedings, meds).
• Monitor vitals and symptoms in EMR.
• Assist with ADLs and mobility.
• Collaborate with family and clinical team for outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan.
• Home health/private duty nursing experience preferred.
• Trach/Vent knowledge helpful; training provided.
