📋 Description
- QA and regulatory checkpoint across creative output for Healthcare division
- Review assets for MLR compliance, brand standards, and copy accuracy
- Operate Veeva Vault PromoMats; manage claims, references, and filings
- Coordinate feedback and trafficking between creative team and client POCs
- Support workflow with Asana boards and deliverable trackers
- Apply AI to enhance processes and leverage Nova ecosystem
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in healthcare/pharma creative production or agency
- Understanding of FDA OPDP, 21 CFR, fair balance, ISI rules
- Veeva Vault PromoMats experience preferred
- Strong brand, design, and copy quality judgment
- Process-oriented with ability to document and improve QA standards
- Proficiency with Asana or similar PM tools
