📋 Description
- Evaluate and manage financial risk (e.g., chargebacks) for a portfolio of enterprise merchants.
- Scale and innovate the financial risk management framework and processes.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Product and Legal teams and merchants to limit credit losses.
- Lead projects from start to finish and align with risk management framework.
- Share credit risk knowledge with Product, Legal and Compliance teams for new product development.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in financial risk management, credit risk analysis or related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to solve problems and work with technology and finance in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with risk frameworks, policies and scalable risk processes is a plus.
- Proven track record of analytical problem solving and stakeholder engagement.
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary in Chicago: $125,000-$170,000.
- Total compensation includes RSUs (Restricted Stock Units).
