📋 Description
- Lead end-to-end payroll processing for multiple Canadian clients with varying pay frequencies.
- Process payroll changes: additions/removals, deductions, benefits, and adjustments.
- Manage year-end payroll activities: T4s and ROE submissions.
- Address complex client payroll inquiries with analysis and recommendations.
- Support payroll compliance across provinces (EHT, WCB, etc.).
- Review CRA accounts and navigate payroll-related compliance matters.
🎯 Requirements
- PCP certification is required.
- At least 12 years of payroll experience in a fast-paced environment with multi-jurisdictional
- Advanced knowledge of Canadian payroll processes (withholding taxes, source deductions, benefits
- Strong experience across multiple Canadian provinces; Quebec experience is an asset.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently in a
- Experience with payroll software and the ability to learn new tools quickly; Payworks or Wagepoint
