VP of Systems Engineering - USA

📋 Description

• Lead Release Management, QA, and DevOps across Bankjoy’s engineering org
• Build and maintain a modern multi-platform automation framework (Angular, Swift, Kotlin)
• Define go/no-go release gates and ensure release readiness
• Partner with VP of Engineering on AI adoption and architectural standards
• Collaborate with product/engineering leadership on cross-functional quality initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience with 4+ in engineering leadership
• Deep background in quality engineering and automation frameworks
• Experience migrating automation across web and native mobile (iOS/Android)
• Proven success shifting teams from manual QA to automation-first QA
• Hands-on with automation tools: Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Maestro
• Strong DevOps background: CI/CD, cloud infra (AWS), monitoring/observability
