• Own technical direction of the team’s services, systems and platforms.
• Lead architecture, design, delivery and operation of scalable software and APIs.

• Support production incidents and improve engineering practices.
• Use AI coding tools responsibly to improve speed and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and operating production software in cloud.
• Staff-level technical leadership with architectural ownership.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools and AI-driven workflows.
• Production experience with LLM-powered apps and guardrails.
• Strong architectural judgement across CI/CD, testing, observability and resilience.
• Proven ability to influence across teams and coach others.
