📋 Description

• Independent contractor role for Senior UX/UI Designer at Team Manila (Balsam Brands).
• Deliver high‑quality, user‑centric, and pixel‑perfect designs for Balsam Brands websites.
• Own UX/UI priorities and collaborate cross‑functionally with ownership and direction from UX/UI
• Report to the Director of UX/UI.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Web/Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of relevant UI/UX design experience.
• Online portfolio showing personal work vs team work.
• Strong design passion (typography, color, grid layouts).
• Knowledge of mobile and responsive design practices.
• User‑centered design approach.
