📋 Description

• Identify and recruit new traffic partners via outreach and networking
• Develop pipeline of affiliate partners across international markets
• Negotiate traffic types, rates, funnels and terms
• Assess partner quality, potential and fit
• Coordinate with Launch and Affiliate teams for onboarding
• Monitor market developments to spot opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year in affiliate marketing, BD, or sales role
• iGaming experience is a strong advantage
• Strong affiliate marketing principles and funnels knowledge
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, ASO, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram
• Knowledge of key players in iGaming and affiliate ecosystem
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
