- Define and evolve the enterprise internal communications strategy, operating model, governance, and
- Build and maintain an enterprise communications calendar covering strategic priorities
- Develop messaging frameworks, narratives, voice guidelines, templates, FAQs, talking points, and
- Translate complex business, organizational, and change-related topics into clear, concise, relevant

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Business
- 12–15+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications
- Demonstrated experience building, transforming, or scaling an internal communications function
- Strong strategic judgment and the ability to connect communications initiatives with organizational
- Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, including experience developing executive
- Strong facilitation, advisory, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence executives and
