📋 Description
- Community outreach in SE Massachusetts to enroll new members
- Partner with local providers and community leaders
- Visit provider locations, attend events, and perform phone & SMS outreach
- Promote Marigold Health peer services and app usage
- Travel to partner sites and events as needed
- Support relationships with provider partners and meet contract goals
🎯 Requirements
- 2-3 years in community outreach or healthcare sales
- Ability to read people and build comfort
- Working toward or holding Certified Recovery Coach in MA
- Self-starter; able to work independently
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Willing to travel ~75% of the time

- Base rate $24-$30/hour with monthly bonuses
