📋 Description

• Collaborate with backend and mobile engineers, designers, and product managers to build new
• Join other web engineers to triage and resolve operational issues, ensuring mission-critical web
• Help with web platform infrastructure projects to improve health and performance
• Participate in recruiting activities such as interviewing
• Provide mentorship to other engineers on the team

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in a web-focused engineering role
• Strong JavaScript knowledge: ES5+, native DOM APIs, and at least one modern frontend framework
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar server-side frameworks (Express or Django) is a plus
• Experience building responsive pages with custom CSS and focus on page speed performance
• Passion for business impact and fast-paced cross-functional environments
• Experience with test-driven development, CI, and automated testing

🎁 Benefits

• Estimated annual salary range: $150,000 - $189,000 plus equity and discretionary bonus
