Experienced Transaction Advisory Associate

📋 Description

• Assist with financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Perform quality of earnings, EBITDA, and revenue analyses to identify trends and risks.
• Analyze net working capital, AR, AP, and cash flow drivers.
• Evaluate revenue recognition practices and related risks.
• Conduct gross margin and profitability analyses across products and segments.
• Prepare data room materials and client-ready deliverables for engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA license, CPA candidate, or progress toward certification preferred
• 2-4 years in TAS/Deal Advisory or related field
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with large data sets and financial modeling
• Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
