📋 Description

• Run a full desk sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Represent SpaceX with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Work in teams with autonomy and initiative.
• Partner with client groups on headcount and hiring strategy.
• Screen candidates and source passive talent.
• Discuss candidates with client groups and recommend top picks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year recruiting, or associate and 2+ years, or 3+ years recruiting in lieu
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience (preferred).
• Experience with in‑house recruiting and high volume hiring (preferred).
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, aerospace engineers (preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management with director/VP level leaders (preferred).
• Full life cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing (preferred).
