🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years in higher ed as faculty, administrator, or senior ops.
• Direct ownership or significant responsibility for academic programs or enrollment strategies.
• Strong understanding of operations, governance, accreditation, budgeting, and decision-making.
• Ability to translate complex knowledge into clear scenarios/content.
• Familiarity with HE tech platforms: SIS, LMS, CRM, and research tools.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
