📋 Description
- Lead the execution of Burn Care Medical Affairs strategies covering education, publications
- Establish objectives, priorities, and operating practices to promote scientific excellence
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and retain a geographically dispersed team of Medical Science Liaisons
- Monitor field activity, productivity, quality, and customer engagement to ensure consistent
- Translate insights from KOLs, investigators, healthcare professionals, and industry leaders into

🎯 Requirements
- Advanced clinical or scientific degree such as MD, PharmD, PhD, MSN, NP, PA, DNP, or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of progressive Medical Affairs experience, including field-based MSL experience.
- People-management experience leading field-based medical teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in burn care, wound care, surgery, regenerative medicine, or a closely
- Strong understanding of Medical Affairs regulations and compliant engagement with healthcare
- Proven ability to translate complex scientific information into strategic recommendations.

- Expected compensation range of $185,000–$195,000, with commission-based compensation.
