📋 Description

• Provide legal support for transactional, compliance, and governance matters.
• Advise on contract risks and commercial solutions for Sales teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, NDAs, addenda, and customer-facing docs.
• Maintain templates, approve workflows, and coordinate with insurance.
• Train Americas Sales Team on legal matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited school.
• 10 years as U.S. practicing transactional lawyer; SaaS experience (>=3 yrs).
• Active U.S. license to practice law.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
