Senior Agent Product Manager, Healthcare

📋 Description

• Own AI transformation and technical deployment for healthcare opportunities
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Forward Deployed Engineers to build working agents
• Define and drive AI transformation roadmap with Fortune 500 executives
• Design and optimize enterprise-grade agents for healthcare workflows
• Ensure PHI handling, consent, escalation, and audit/compliance requirements
• Scale frameworks and playbooks across accounts and feed into product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years delivering high-stakes outcomes; at least 3 years in healthcare
• Fluent understanding of healthcare operations and customer journeys
• Builder mindset with ability to design and implement solutions
• Strong technical acumen; able to discuss AI agent designs with engineers and executives
• Experience shipping in regulated security-reviewed environments (HIPAA, PHI minimization, SOC
• Executive presence and ability to advise senior decision-makers
