Premium Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Technical Account Engineer acting as the highest-touch technical presence for named customers.
• Own the support experience end-to-end and bridge Collibra product/engineering with customer
• Hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC or New York, NY with in-office presence at least two days/week.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical support, technical account management, customer engineering, or solutions
• Hands-on: Java, REST API, SSO, LDAP, Kubernetes, VM environments, SQL, SSL.
• Root cause analysis, debugging, and integration architecture experience.
• Knowledge of data governance, data catalog, data quality, or data management.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise relationships across stakeholders.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve business challenges.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $116,000 – $145,000 per year.
