📋 Description
- Own accounting close processes across monthly, quarterly, annual cycles
- Manage policies on revenue recognition, inventory, COGS, deferred revenue
- Lead accounting team and scale for growth
- Oversee audit relationship and deliverables
- Partner with FP&A for actuals, variance analysis, board reporting
- Oversee AP/AR, payroll accounting, cash controls
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in accounting; 3–5 yrs in Controller role
- Proven at companies with inventory and subscription revenue
- GAAP savvy; strong revenue/inventory/cost accounting
- Built scalable accounting infra for growth
- NetSuite expertise; 3PL, Shopify, subscription billing familiarity
- CPA preferred; audit management experience
