• Role to lead Harvey’s government/public sector legal function
• Partner with cross-functional teams to sell to government agencies
• Draft/review/negotiate government contracts and AI SaaS agreements
• Provide contract lifecycle counsel and training resources

🎯 Requirements

• A law degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction (CA/NY/DC preferred)
• 7+ years of law firm/in-house experience
• Transactional background with SaaS, tech, IP licensing
• Experience negotiating with government customers/prime contractors
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government procurement
