Accounts Payable Specialist

📋 Description

• Run day-to-day accounts payable for JetBrains entities
• Review vendor invoices and requisitions for approvals
• Verify supporting docs for vendor payments
• Resolve PO discrepancies with other teams
• Maintain smooth workflow for vendor and intercompany invoices
• Prepare and track payments with banks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing accounts payable or general accounting
• Knowledge of Czech VAT regulations
• Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis
• Fluency in English and Czech
• Experience with NetSuite (Oracle) or similar ERP
