• Lead design strategy for Revenue domains, including AI-driven features for Pro experiences
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align roadmaps
• Drive AI-assisted design and prototyping, staying hands-on
• Set and maintain high design craft standards across the product surface
• Mentor design leaders and elevate design strategy across Housecall Pro

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years shipping digital products end-to-end
• 5+ years leading product design teams
• Bachelor’s in Design/HCI or equivalent
• Proficiency with Figma, AI-native tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT), Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Jira/Confluence in Agile environments
• Portfolio of mobile/web design
