Production Planner and Analyst

📋 Description

• Create and manage a manufacturing plan based on forecast and customer orders utilizing SAP GIB
• Release manufacturing orders based on Materials Requirement Planning system (MRP)
• Analyze and update MRP to ensure data is accurate and up to date
• Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand
• Manage forecast within SAP weekly to ensure expired forecasts are removed
• Manage delivery dates for customer orders within 48 hours of booking

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Technical or Supply Chain or related field required –
• 1+ years’ experience in purchasing and/or production scheduling for a manufacturing organization in
• Strong understanding and experience with ERP/MRP systems required. (Oracle, SAP)
• Exceptional computer skills and speed; SAP experience preferred
• Applicable APICS CPIM, CSCP or CPSM certification
• Knowledge and experience with Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP)
