Collections Analyst

📋 Description

• Support the collection of outstanding accounts receivable for healthcare clients.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve payment issues and research discrepancies.
• Assist with customer account reconciliations and broader AR activities.
• Document collection activity in Intacct and other systems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed.
• Maintain customer relationships while pursuing timely payments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 0–2 years in finance, accounting, AR, or collections.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
