📋 Description

• Lead product strategy and execution for Transaction Risk Decisioning across card payments, ACH
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, risk strategy, operations, and platform teams to reduce
• Drive initiatives to reduce declines and increase authorization rates; design safeguards and
• Work cross-functionally with analysts, data science, Compliance, Legal, and engineers to improve
• Partner with member support teams to explain risk outcomes clearly and practically for members.
• Help launch new financial products safely by designing safeguards, fallbacks, and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Deep expertise in payments risk, including Visa/Mastercard rules, authorization reason codes
• Proven ability to think strategically about purchase volume and authorization rates and connect
• Track record of thought leadership on hard problems and ability to shape roadmaps with
• Strong product mindset and ability to translate risk and platform challenges into clear strategy
• Experience in systems with policy, operational, and data dependencies; ability to engage across
