Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own LATAM product strategy and regional roadmaps for Payoneer.
• Translate regional strategy into concrete plans and partner with central Product, Engineering
• Run discovery with customers and pilots; turn insights into product requirements and pilot
• Lead LATAM GTM enablement; be the single product point-of-contact for the region.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build regional rails (PIX, SPEI/TEF, virtual accounts, FX
• Balance market intuition, data fluency, and execution excellence to drive outcomes in a matrix org.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, predominantly in fintech / cross-border payments.
• Deep LATAM market knowledge and ability to translate regional needs into product requirements.
• Data-driven with comfort in SQL / BI; able to reason over funnel, activation, and revenue data.
• Strong executive communication; ability to articulate complex regional priorities into
