📋 Description
- Lead GI cancer medical strategy with focus on pancreas cancer.
- Collaborate across Medical Affairs, R&D, and other teams to develop strategic plans and budgets.
- Oversee development of clinical development plan, evidence generation strategy, scientific
- Serve as GI cancers SME and external thought partner; grow Medical Affairs within GI cancers.
- Manage publications, insights generation, medical communications, training, and early access
- Represent GI oncology in internal/external strategy discussions and partnerships.
🎯 Requirements
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) preferred; significant medical field experience may be considered
- 8+ years in pharma/biotech medical affairs or clinical development with GI oncology experience.
- Strong understanding of GI cancers, evolving disease/treatment landscapes, and thought leader
- Scientific acumen and ability to communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with budget development, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Excellent written and oral communication; ability to build trust with partners.
