Senior Manager, Quality Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead a globally distributed QA team across web, mobile, and manual testing.
• Define quality governance for regulated financial platforms and banks.
• Own incident response and post-incident communications on quality issues.
• Collaborate with engineers to strengthen test automation, CI/release gating, and regression
• Support UAT and integration validation for bank and enterprise deployments.
• Shape engineering culture with high quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software quality; 2+ years managing QA/Quality Engineering teams.
• Experience in regulated domains (banking/payments/fintech); audit/UAT governance.
• Quality engineering mindset: test automation, CI/CD gating, KPI metrics.
• Hands-on test automation using Cypress or similar tools.
• Track record building distributed teams across time zones.
• Metrics-driven with ability to define/report quality KPIs.
