📋 Description

• Lead and scale Asana’s AI Teammates Pillar across four teams: Platform, Experience, Chat, and Agent
• Oversee end-to-end strategy, execution, and architecture for enterprise AI workflows with humans
• Drive multi-team engineering strategy, alignment of goals, and delivery of production systems.
• Champion enterprise-grade AI platforms, model rollout, eval infra, tool orchestration, MCP, and
• Define next-gen human-AI collaboration: in-product UX, onboarding, explainability
• Scale engineering leadership and bridge cross-functional partnerships with R&D, Product

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience; 4+ years leading multiple engineering teams or managers.
• Deep expertise in applied AI, LLM evaluation, agent/tool orchestration, MCP, proactivity models
• Systems, backend, and enterprise governance experience at scale; strong full-stack capabilities.
• Strategic trade-off and risk management; ability to balance short-term needs with long-term
• Leadership in people development, DEI, recruiting, and organizational growth; exceptional
