📋 Description

• Own major product components and engineering workstreams from discovery to delivery
• Partner with engineering, product, sales, and others to gather requirements
• Turn broad objectives into clear technical plans, milestones, and tasks
• Design scalable architectures for high-impact product areas
• Build, review, test, and maintain production-grade software with reliability, security, performance
• Take end-to-end responsibility for production components

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ownership of significant technical projects from conception through production
• Strong hands-on backend engineering with Python
• Strong Linux background and understanding of Linux-based systems
• Ability to read and review C code; C programming and debugging is a plus
• Strong system design and architectural skills with implementation ability
• Experience gathering/refining requirements and translating needs into plans
