SAP Implementation Engineer

📋 Description

• Implement and support integrations between Laurel and client ERP/PMS systems
• Manage SAP S/4HANA-related ERP integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting
• Hybrid role with DevOps monitoring, integrations, and client-facing support
• Coordinate migrations with zero downtime and rapid incident responses
• Escalate issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and client teams
• Document processes and lessons learned for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in integration engineering, DevOps, or technical support
• Strong troubleshooting across multiple systems
• REST APIs, SQL queries, database concepts
• Experience with iPaaS tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier)
• System monitoring, alerting, log analysis
• Client-facing communication and incident management
